PINK AND WHITE LACY NAIL ART- VALENTINE'S DAY INSPIRED NAIL ART SERIES

Hello beauties, today I have a pink and white lacy nail art to share with you all. Continuing with the Valentine's Day Series, here I have a romantic lacy nail art. This is the 4th in the series and I have 10 more to go to complete the 14 Valentine's Day Nail Art Series.

So here is the pictorial of the nail art I created for today. Enjoy.....

First the products used for the mani, the nail paint- Pink Doll from Lotus Herbals Color Dew Nail Enamel & Exclusive 37 from Colorbar, top coat from Colorbar and the base coat is from Sally Hansen Miracle Cure.

Step 1- For the base coat today I have apply a coat of Sally Hansen Miracle Cure.

Step 2- After that I painted three of my nails with Lotus Herbals Nail Enamel in 98 Pink Doll & the remaining two with, two coats were enough.

Step 3- I painted on pink diagonal lines on the white nails and then added one more thin line over the diagonal pink part.

Step 4- I placed pink dots along the pink line and white dots along the white line. I placed smaller white dots over the pink dots and pink dots over the white ones.

Step 5- Then I drew a few hearts with white acrylics on my pinky, and some random lacy designs on the other two pink nails.

Step 6- I filled in the white designs (hearts etc) with a pale pink.

Step 7- Finally, I added a Colorbar Top Coat to seal my piece of art and protect the design. Done!!!!

Thanks for bearing with me and have a great day ahead :)

31 DAY AUGUST NAIL ART CHALLENGE- DAY 8- GRADIENT NAIL ART

The theme for day 8 is gradient, I used pinks for this theme- light, medium & dark. Gradient effect nails also known as Ombre effect nails are very tricky to create. But once you get the hang of it, you can create great looking nails. I am not good at this, still in the learning process and you will know that by seeing the pics below. Anyways, I tried hard and since I am running out of time now ( I am posting 8th day nail aet and today is the 21st of August). I am not happy with the result :(

Here is the pictorial of the nail art I created for today. Enjoy.....

Step 1- Two coats of white nail paint.

Step 2- A light pink is applied with a piece of sponge near the moons of the nails leaving a little white visible.

Step 3- Apply a medium pink nail paint with a piece of sponge on the middle of the nails overlapping the light pink.

Step 4- Add a dark pink on the tips of the nails with a piece of sponge overlapping the medium pink.

Step 5- A black line down the nail with a nail stripper brush.

Step 6- Three dots on each nail on both ends & middle of the black line.

Step 7- White dots placed over black dots.

Step 8- Pink dots placed over white dots, sealed with a top coat. Done!!!

Thank you all for bearing with me and do have a great day :)

You may apply a coat of silver glitter to glam up this look but I choose to keep it this way. Hope you all enjoy the pics and leave behind your lovely comments. PINK & WHITE NAIL ART

Hi everyone, I have another very simple nailart which I tried this evening. Its the simplest nailart I have ever posted here. So read on for the steps you need to follow to get this look.

First apply a pink color on your nails, I applied Lotus Cozy Mulberry, 2 coats were enough. Let it dry completely.

Now paint the tips with white, 2 coats should be enough. When the tips dry, take a toothpick or nailart tool and make dots near the tips in a line.

When these dots dry you can apply top coat to protect your nailart. You are done.

Remember to use a base coat before applying polish.Try it out and let me know please.
