Hello girls, this is how I received an eye shadow palette from Fashion and You costing around Rs 850. See the pathetic condition and how messy it has become. A larger part of the silver grey shadow is gone. Btw they are now refusing to replace it citing the usual 'no stocks' dialogue.

just ask your money back..why wud u accept a broken palette when they charge 100bucks extra for the shipping?

I've heard a lot of complaints about FnY and how they sell broken and old products :( sad.. ive never shopped with them and I dont think i want to .. btw the palette has lovely colors otherwise :)
@divassence- yes the colors are lovely and well pigmented. but i hate f&y for turning deaf ears to my complaint.thanks dear
