My Opinion: - I haven't reviewed any concealer in a long time in BDI. So today I shall put forward my views on Chambor Radiant Concealer in the shade 03. The packaging is very innovative, a fat navy blue (nearly black)  pen with a click-it knob at a one end and a white brush at the other end. Very travel-friendly since its sleek and slim. This shade is a tad bit darker for my skin tone but has yellow undertones and shade 01 was not available and shade 02 has pink undertones.

                     The brush needs to be cleaned after every use with wet wipe. Also the brush drinks up a lot of product and these two factors leads to a big wastage of product. The brush is white, soft and silky. Now coming to the click-it knob, I had to click the knob more than 20 times on the first time usage. Later on 2 to 3 clicks are good enough to get the required quantity of product on the brush tip.

                    This concealer gives medium coverage and is easy to blend into the skin. It covers my light under-eye circles but works better on spots and other imperfections. The attached brush is decent enough for blending but I use it on the go, otherwise I prefer to use a fluffy brush to blend in the concealer. The concealer is fragrant-free according to me as my nose was not able to pick up any scent.

                    This concealer is light weight  somewhere between a cream and a lotion. It dries to a powder finish and I need to work fast as it dries up very soon. Though this concealer is dry type, it didn't tugged or pulled and stretched my under-eye area. I need to apply a under-eye cream for the concealer to work better on the area around my eyes. I set it with a loose powder and it stays on the whole day, until I take it off myself. I use a primer underneath it as it creased up a little toward 6 hrs of wear when used without a primer. Since the pen is opaque it is difficult to find out how much product is left in it.A great concealer but not my HG.

Pros: -

* Easily available

* Blends easily

* Blurs out imperfections and covers my undereye circles effectively

* Attached brush is good for girls like me who are mostly on the go

* Innovative pen packaging, sleek & slim

* Travel-friendly

* Long lasting

* Dries to a matte and powdery finish

Cons: -

* Pricey for the quantity (3 ml)

* Opaque pen does not show the amount left in it

* Under-eye area needs to be moisturised well or it might get difficult to blend

                    I rate Chambor Radiant Touch Up Concealer in the shade 03, 4.25 out of 5. Not for dry skinned beauties. But recommended for girlies with light circles. A good concealer from Chambor, I like it a lot.

Hope this review helped you in some and do leave behind your sweet comments and also share with us your experiences with concealers. Thank you and have a happy Monday :)

ORIFLAME ABSOLUTE CONCEALER FOR EYES- PINK & GOLD- SWATCHES & REVIEW

10 ml for INR 198

Company Says:- Ideal for the delicate eye area! Dual action concealer containing Eyeliss to help reduce the appearance of puffiness and Eye bright, to help soften shadows under the eye. With 68% water for a refreshing effect.

To Use:- Gently dab several dots of concealer around the eye area. Using your fingertips or fine brush, softly tap concealer into desired areas.

Ingredients:- Not Listed

Available in 2 shades:-
Pink
Gold

My Opinion:- These days I wake up with tired looking eyes because of lack of sleep. I also get minor dark circles every now and then. While flipping through the pages of the Oriflame catalog, I saw the Absolute Eye Concealer and ordered both. According to me, the pink one is good for covering blueish undertones of dark circles and the gold one is for brighten up the eye area, it has yellow undertones along with a whitish cast to it.

              The packaging is very handy, comes in a small tube with pointed tip, this makes it easy to press out the required quantity of concealer. Very hygienic and also spill proof. The tube is tiny so it can be thrown into your purse easily. It is fragrance free, hence its very safe for the eyes. The texture is creamy but watery, the skin absorbs it fast. It is super blendable and I set it with translucent powder before applying my eye makeup.

               It gives sheer coverage so girls with heavy dark circles find it useless. But whenever I need a little more coverage, I top it with another concealer like Oriflame's Dual Skin Corrector or Avon's Ideal Shade Concealer Stick. Also I make sure to set it with a good quality translucent powder. The gold one has a hint of shimmer which is nearly invisible but the pink one doesn't seems to be plain.

               This Absolute Concealer for Eyes is a multi-purpose concealer. You can use it in different ways to achieve different results. If you want a glowing skin for your night out after hectic day, add a little absolute concealer with your regular foundation and glow away. In a hurry, you can use these two concealers as highlighters also; just dab gently on your cheekbones, forehead, nose and chin. Another thing I have noticed is that the concealer works as a good base for eye shadows and eye pencils, the color pops up well. Wait for it to dry for a minute or two before topping it with anything.
Swatches

              The staying power is not very nice but if you are not into the habit of touching yourself, it can stay upto 4-5 hours. After that it needs a touch up and setting with a powder. It doesn't slips off the skin but just fades away. It is a water based cream, feels very light on my skin. Regulates my oily lids, also I have a feeling that it will work very well on dry skinned girls. One more important thing I want to share with you all is that this concealer prevents creasing of eye shadows :D

Pros:-
  • Good value for money as only a tiny amount is required for 1 application
  • Affordable
  • Multi use product
  • Tiny tube is travel friendly
  • Swatches (Blended)
  • Easy to take off, face wash and water cleans it off

Cons:-
  • Staying power is less
  • Gives sheer coverage, not good for heavy dark circles
  • Ingredients not listed

               I rate this product 3.75 out of 5. This concealer is one of the best eye shadow base/primer I have used. Thumps up to this multi functional product, only if it could give atleast medium coverage. I have 2 tubes right now, hence I wouldn't be needing to repurchase soon.

LOTUS HERBALS-NATURALBLEND-Swift Makeup-SPF 15-All Four In One-REVIEW

LOTUS HERBALS-NATURALBLEND-Swift Makeup-SPF 15-All Four In One-REVIEW
10 gms for INR 249

Company Says:- All-in-one makeup that works like a foundation, a concealer n a compact, with sun protection. Its smooth application creates an even skin tone, conceals imperfections n blends easily for a matte effect, without caking or clogging pores.
*Foundation *Concealer *Matt Powder Finish- Yet Moisturising *UV Protection*

Ingredients:- Not Listed

Directions for use:- Not Available

My Opinion:- I am a very foundation person, I like to try out new ones these days. When Lotus Herbals was on offer I bought this foundation/concealer with the intention of using it as a concealer specially to make up a luscious nude lips and to cover up under-eye dark circles. Mine are not so dark so needs less coverage. This stick comes in a tube just like a lipstick so its very convenient to use on my lips and around my eyes. It gives medium coverage and feels light on my skin. I used it as a foundation and it didn't feel and look cakey and made up. This stick will be good for dry skin owners as it feels a little oily after application and will not suit very oily skin I suppose.
               Basically it is non fragrant and doesn't irritate my skin nor did I break out while using it. I tried to blend it with a foundation brush but didn't work for me so I used a sponge wedge to blend it into my skin though fingers work just as fine but I don't like to use my fingers. Needs fast and good blending like most concealers do. It gives UV protection so I can wear it on my bare cleansed skin. I don't find it turning into a matte powdery finish maybe because I have oily skin. Actually I have to dust it lightly with a loose translucent powder to set it. Spreads easily but using a brush gave streaks. Someone looking for high coverage please opt out of this product. And yes it gives me ultra sexy nude lips :D
See how well it blends

Pros:- Packaging is classy and convenient in a tube form, travel-friendly, blends into the skin, spreads easily, UV protective, I am not breaking out- using it every now and then

Cons:- Doesn't give matte powdery finish- but I am OK with it, ingredients not listed

            I rate this product 4.5 out of 5 and I will surely buy it again since I am happy with this product :D:D

                The other day I heard about the amazing Lotus Herbals offer. You would get a lipstick worth INR 200 free if you purchase color cosmetics worth INR 800 and a bangle box if you purchase products worth INR 2000.

               There were also offers on their skin care range but my experience with the only skin care product I used wasn't good enough. So I didn't bothered to inquire about those offers.

             Anyways, as I was planning to try out some of Lotus Herbals' color cosmetics I found the offer great. Thus I landed in their counter and ended up purchasing color cosmetics worth INR 800.
