Hello girls, this is how I received an eye shadow palette from Fashion and You costing around Rs 850. See the pathetic condition and how messy it has become. A larger part of the silver grey shadow is gone. Btw they are now refusing to replace it citing the usual 'no stocks' dialogue.

ReplyDeleteI've heard a lot of complaints about FnY and how they sell broken and old products :( sad.. ive never shopped with them and I dont think i want to .. btw the palette has lovely colors otherwise :)
